Finally, my work focused particularly on balancing, studying the timings between the location of players' appearance points, bonuses and weapons as well as the overall circulation on the map.
Level Design intent note
"Creek" is a 16 players Deathmatch map created for Unreal Tournament 4. My work on the map was first to create plans for the topology. Once these were finished, I made the map on Unreal Tournament 4 using modules I made on 3DSMax.
The finished map I created and scripted an event: a tsunami killing whoever touches it, then temporarily forcing the players to climb on the rooftops of the buildings. The latter the changes the topology of the map for a while.
